Artdeco
Artdeco is an outsourcing company with 5,000 employees spread across various companies and locations. It faces issues with attendance, leave requests, overtime, and payroll that support the HR team's performance. Due to the distribution of employees, real-time attendance becomes a problem, and leave and overtime requests are problematic because they cannot be submitted directly. Indigsi Solutions provides a concrete solution by creating an HRIS application using the Odoo framework. This can resolve the issues that Artdeco has been facing. With a total development time of 5 months from the kickoff meeting to going live, Artdeco is now more productive, working more effectively and efficiently.
Ethica
Ethica is a relatively large retail fashion company in Bandung, which already has several branches and thousands of resellers. As the business grows, problems start to arise, from production to sales, with manual management creating opportunities for fraud and inaccuracies in data. Eventually, Ethica contacted Indigsi Solusi to provide solutions to its problems, covering purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, sales, and accounting. By using an integrated ERP system, Ethica can easily manage its business growth.
Ice Institute
The Open University campus, with its competent lecturers, aims to provide convenience to students to facilitate learning by allowing access to the results of the instructors' research. Until now, research documentation has only used Gdrive, making it easy to consult with Indigsi Solusi, and you provide solutions for submitting faculty research proposals, research titles, research budgets, and research timelines. The admin will then approve these submissions, and research that has been completed and published can be accessed through the Ice Institute website. The ease of submitting research, documenting research results, and accessing research outcomes can enhance performance and efficiency in the management process.
